LeadSpotter ("LeadSpotter," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by PK Industries, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Email address (collected at signup and used for account access, welcome emails, and delivering search results)
• Business type and city/state search inputs you submit through the search form
• Payment information (collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we do not store your full card details)

Information collected automatically:

• Basic usage data, such as the number of searches performed per billing cycle, used to enforce plan limits
• Standard web analytics data (such as pages visited) if analytics tools are enabled on our site

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and deliver the Service, including generating and sending your lead results
• Send transactional emails, such as welcome emails, results emails, and billing notifications
• Enforce plan usage limits (e.g., 5/25/unlimited searches per month depending on your plan)
• Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe
• Respond to support requests sent to leads@tryleadspotter.com
• Improve and maintain the Service

3. Third-Party Services We Use

To operate LeadSpotter, we share limited data with the following third-party service providers, each of which has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Resend — transactional email delivery (welcome emails, results emails)
• Google (Google Sheets, Google Maps, Google Workspace) — lead data storage and delivery via Google Sheets, and business search data
• Netlify — website hosting and serverless function infrastructure
• Gumloop — automated pipeline used to generate lead search results and cold email drafts

These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function (e.g., Stripe receives payment details; Resend receives your email address to deliver messages).

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us (see Section 10).

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using established third-party providers (Stripe, Google, Netlify) that maintain their own industry-standard security practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable law (such as GDPR or CCPA) to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
